“Free Delivery” Service

We offer a “Free Delivery” service for the following “local” postcodes – BT1 to BT16, BT18 to BT24 and BT30. This will be applied at checkout stage. Other areas of Northern Irelaand will incur a delivery charge of at least £25.00.

We only deliver to Northern Ireland addresses. This is because of transport costs. However, if you in Southern Ireland and want to order a large amount of products give us a call on 028 427 29258 during business hours and we can discuss your needs. Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer a delivery service to mainland UK or surrounding islands.

Most of our products will be delivered by our own transport. This will either be a one man or two men team. Our delivery guys are very experienced and reliable and are dedicated to making sure you the customer is happy with our service.

While we carry a wide range of stock, sometimes products on offer have to be sourced from one of our wholesalers. Normally this doesn't cause a problem, but in the unlikely event of our wholesalers being out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss options.

Delivery will be confirmed by either by telephone or email and a 3 hour time slot will be agreed with you. Normal deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during working hours, if you require delivery outside of these times give us a call for a quote.

Normally delivery is to ground floor only with easy access. If you require a special delivery service give us a call.

If the items ordered are not from stock, we will have commissioned a supplier to make them specifically for you. Unless we receive your written notification to cancel within 5 working days of you receiving our first order acknowledgement e-mail, we regret to advise you that we will have to charge you the full amount.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 working days. If 14 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

On line orders will be refunded within 14 days of notification prior to delivery or 14 working days from the date we receive your item.

To return an item you must visit https://emeraldinteriors.net/index.php?route=account/return/add to request an RMA number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

To return your product you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Emerald Interiors cannot be held liable for items ordered incorrectly or in the wrong size. No refunds can be given for inadequate access or the item not fitting in the customers room.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Orders will be refunded within 14 days of notification prior to delivery or 14 days after receipt of the goods, refunds will be processed using the arrangement to which you initially placed your order.

The refund doesn’t include the shipping costs which will be deducted.
